Return & Exchange Policy

We care a lot about your experience with us , in order to make this happen:

• We kindly ask you to check your order carefully as AZHA’s policy allows customers TO TRY the ordered product when received and before the courier leaves. ONCE the courier leaves, there will be no refunds, but a size exchange is possible.
• Please note that this is your only way to refund your order.
• To Exchange your  order: you will have to pay the delivery fees and contact us for the item you want instead.
• Shipping fees have to be paid in all situations.
